Yanina Grant
Chief Financial Officer
Yanina Grant is a seasoned finance executive who brings 20 years of financial leadership experience in the biotechnology industry, spanning corporate finance, controllership, business development, strategic and revenue growth planning. Most recently, Yanina served as Chief Accounting Officer at Atara Biotherapeutics (Nasdaq: ATRA), where she oversaw controllership and broader finance operations. Since joining Atara in 2020 as Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Yanina assumed progressively broader leadership responsibilities, including serving as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.
Prior to joining Atara, Yanina spent 14 years at Amgen, where she held a series of increasingly senior finance and business analysis roles, establishing a new finance capability to support strategic investment decisions and leading long-range revenue planning for the company’s pipeline portfolio.
Yanina holds a B.S. in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an M.S. in Statistics from Oklahoma State University.
